Please note that our CNC bit is 3mm round so the minimum radius we can cut an internal cutout’s corners would be 1.5mm. This means we cannot do shape 90-degree corners.

Our opal acrylic sheets are a high-quality, durable product. Opal acrylic sheets have an excellent surface finish with a flatness perfect for lightboxes, signage and displays. With its light-diffusing properties, opal acrylic sheet allows various amounts of light through.

Our most popular off the shelf Opal acrylic is available in 36% light transmission. However, the range of light transmission through the opal sheet goes up to 67% which creates maximum haze and subsequently offers the maximum light diffraction. This in turn, creates the desired lighting effect for any application For more specialist requirements we can offer further light transmission options. Please get in touch for further details.
